More humor per square inch than any other publication. It's a shame the humor is sometimes so vicious but perhaps that's the goal. I was ashamed of what little I knew about Africa and what behaviors I seem to be tolerating out of ignorance.
I must say that geography was not a strong point of mine until I read this book. I especially enjoyed the section on Sudan.
The Cross-Country Traveler packing list for Chile is one of the funniest things that I've ever read in my life...and then there's the Swiss Army tank. GENIUS!!!
