Take a wonderfully crazed excursion into the demented heart of a tropical paradise -- a world of cargo cults, cannibals, mad scientists, ninjas, and talking fruit bats. Great adventure dealing with planes, drunks, ghosts, island people, and crazy doctors.. fabulous
This was the worst Moore book I've read. Much as I love Moore, this one stinks.
the first one i ever read of his and by far the most insane, got me started on my moore addiction
As much as I love Chris Moore, this book really didn't do it for me. I hated the main character and couldn't find any redeeming qualities.
Bought it because of the author and the title, but, laughed hysterically as I read this on the way to Asia on a plane. Great characters, yet almost predictable ending.
Really enjoyed this one, love to know where he gets his crazy plots from.
Most enjoyable. I like how Christopher moves characters around from book to book.
Really a good book. The ending was kind of a deus ex machina, but so very appropriate for a book about gods & prophets & believers...
