Absolutely love the book. Many cool ideas for self-organizing collaboration.
This is a great book on modern cooperation, from Linux, Firefox, Wikipedia, to Goldcorp and a whole lot of scientific and business projects.

Alcuni capitoli più interessanti, altri da saltare.
Well written and different enough from other books on a similar theme to be an addition to your collection, not a re-hashing.
A complete run down on Web 2.0 (social networking and mass collaboration) for people not in the know. Those who are will find it a bit elementary, however an added perspective and potential ways to maximize the "toys" you already have as tools.
Decent pop culture book that discusses ways that the hive mind can-be or is-being harnessed
